UPDATE 1/19/13

–Fan Table–

We will have a fan table at the convention on Friday (10-6), Saturday (10-6) and Sunday (10-4). The fan table will be our chance to get the word out about our group to Gally attendees, pass out our group ribbons, sign people up to follow us on Facebook, and more!

We need volunteers to help staff the tables!  Please sign up here and let us know what times you can help out

–Group Events–

Here’s a list of group activities we have planned for the Convention. Please make notes of the times, and we’ll be in touch closer to the date of the event if there are any changes:

Thursday

• Pre-reg pass pickup: 6:00-9:00
• For those of us checking in Thursday night, we’ll meet up at the Marriott lobby between 7:30-8:00 for Lobby Con, Ribbon swapping and dinner/drinks

Friday

• Group t-shirt day! Wear your TRTLoOC t-shirt with pride   Don’t have a shirt? Go here: http://octimelords.spreadshirt.com/
• The group table is open from 10-6. Sign up and volunteer to help at the table here.
• Dinner – meet in the Marriott lobby at 6:30, we’ll walk over to some place near. We’re keeping it stress-free and casual!
• We’re back at the Marriott watching our good friends, ‘Doctor Who, Live!’, perform at 9:30.

Saturday

• The group table is open from 10-6. Sign up and volunteer to help at the table here.

Due to overwhelming demand, the number of attendees was capped, and that number has been met. If you were not able to get a ticket but would like to hang out with us after the show during the week, RSVP here and indicate that you are interested in after hours activities.
